Althea Projects is a not-for-profit organisation and we have been supporting Townsville and the surrounding region since 1974. We are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children, families and individuals.

Partnering with Althea Projects through corporate sponsorship provides us with the opportunity to respond to identified needs within the community that are outside of our current funding. We also have a future vision to expand our services and facilities to meet this growing need.

We currently deliver a diverse array of programs including two residential services specifically for children under 12, a fostering and kinship program that recruits, trains and supports foster and kinship carers and a homelessness service that supports people who are facing homelessness through case management, access to meals, social connection and hygiene services.
